The Rotary Club of Coatesville is Seeking Crafters for the 2020 Strawberry Festival!
The craft fee is $175 for the four-day festival. Please note the fee for electricity is additional ($25).
The festival hours are as follows:
*Thursday, August 20 : 5 – 10 pm *Participation on Thursday is optional.
Friday, August 21: 5 – 11 pm
Saturday, August 22: Noon – 11 pm
Sunday, August 23: Noon – 6 pm
All vendors must participate Friday, Saturday and Sunday (Thursday is optional). Booths may be set up Thursday or Friday morning between 9:00 am -3:00 pm and cannot be taken down prior to festival closing on Sunday at 6:00 p.m. Vendors must be completely set up by 3:00 pm and their vehicles off the festival grounds. No exceptions. Vendors must provide their own canopies, tables, chairs and display set-ups. Please complete the application and sign the acknowledgement of the event’s rules and regulations on side two of the application.
Space is limited and will be sold on a first come first serve basis. A selection committee has been put in place to review each application to prevent duplication (as much as we can) and helps ensure the success of the participating vendors. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance via email.
